We are a specialised law firm practicing exclusively in criminal law and restraining order matters. We believe in providing advice you can trust.
We understand that facing criminal charges and restraining orders can dramatically impact your livelihood, liberty and even your relationships with loved ones. Because of this, we know just how important it is for us to ensure our clients understand the law, what their options are, and how we can best navigate their circumstances moving forward.
Through experience, we know all too well that good people can make bad decisions. We find that this often happens when someone’s judgment is affected by stress, alcohol, drugs, declining mental health and even peer or work pressure. Other times, clients are faced with legal issues by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The uncertainty with court matters can be incredibly unsettling, and so this is why we work around the clock to ensure we are there for our clients at times when they need it most. We do so with a holistic approach by working with our clients to address any underlying treatment needs they have may have, and by ensuring that we carefully assess each matter on a case-by-case basis.
At TASIC Legal, we are dedicated to ensuring our clients are listened to, supported, and provided with the best advice possible. Whether you need someone to stand for you at sentencing, or someone to dedicate themselves to developing a rigorous defence at trial, we are here to help.
